Predikt.it is a sports prediction game that gives users prizes/money for making correct predictions. We are revolutionizing online predictions.

We are a US based company, looking to make our first offshore hire. We do not want to work with an offshore Company as it is our goal to build a complimentary team in Pune India. For every 2 people we hire in the United States, we'd like to add 1 person in Pune. We are currently a team of three people.

Skills Required

- Strong Rails experience

- Javascript/Ajax experience

- Have managed Heroku or some other cloud hosting service

- Familiarity with FBML (preferred, not required)

- iOS and/or Android experience (preferred, not required)

Personality

- Self-starter and entrepreneurial

- Previous startup experience (preferred, not required)

- Fun & easy to work with

- Loves sports

Compensation & Logistics

- 8-15 LPA (commensurate with experience)

- Equity position in the Company

- Work on India time, flexible schedule
