WANTED: Four smart, extremely motivated people.

Previous Rails experience preferred, but not required.

Pixel Packaging is a boutique software consulting company within a larger, established organization. Pixel has its own culture and aims to make software on the same level as Thoughtbot and Pivotal Labs over time.

The ideal candidate would be a dynamic individual who has experience computer programming and codes for fun on the side. If you've lived abroad for school or work, that is a plus.

Send your cv, along with a cover letter in which you answer the following three questions "What motivates you?" "Why do you work in Rails?" "Emacs or vim?"

CV's with no cover letter will not be considered.

Masters degree preferred, but even a non-university graduate would be considered if he or she is the right person.
