We are looking for Sr. RoR Developer for our client nextleap

You will be working on nextLeap , Founded in 2010, nextLeap is a social engine for students deserving

global education. nextLeap uses social community dynamics , advanced math and crowd intelligence to

help students make better decisions.

What we are looking for !

1. Very comfortable with Ruby On Rails

2. Strong understanding of Object oriented programming Language

3. Experience in Designing Complex Database Structures

4. Working in agile development Environment

5. very strong Understanding of W3C Standards and expert level understanding in Cross-

browser compatibility

6. Strong focus on code quality, frequent delivery, and continuous improvement is a must

7. experienced with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Cucumber/Rspec and other BDD/TDD tools, Git

etc.

Great to Have !

1. Experience with S3 , EC2 (Amazon or Engineyard )

2. Working Knowledge of Memcached

3. Jquery and Prototype

4. Facebook Application Development Experience
